ENSURE DEVELOPMENT AND PRESERVE TRADITION

COMPANY FORMATION

In order to be able to continue the proven tradition reliably and with convincing quality after the German reunification, a new and dynamic company, the MV automation systems GmbH, is founded by Mrs. Ruth Guschak out of the Beierfeld measuring device factory on 9 December 1991.

FIRST ORDER FROM DEUTSCHE BAHN

MV automation systems gradually builds up a good reputation in the West German markets as well. Thus, after years of cooperation with the Reichsbahn of the GDR, the first major order from Deutsche Bahn follows as early as 1992, opening up new networks for our company.

FIRST CLIENTS ABROAD

The 90s were economically exciting and challenging years. As the only former East German company for solenoid valves, MV automation systems also establishes itself internationally after its past experiences with the East European railway industry and continues to attract more and more customers from all over the world with excellent quality.

INNOVATIVE SPECIAL-PURPOSE SOLUTIONS

Our company constantly adapts to new conditions and, especially in the years up to 1994, develops innovative special-purpose solutions as well as new types of solenoid valves, e.g. with extended voltage tolerances of ±30 % and an operating temperature range down to -45 °C, which set us apart from other competitors.

MEMBERSHIP BVWM/RAIL.S

For the purpose of the indispensable, continuous exchange and networking with new and established partners, we have been engaged in the Saxon rail cluster Rail.S and are a member of the BVMW, the largest association for entrepreneurs in Germany, since around 2000

REPRESENTATION IN POLAND

With MV Automation Systems Polska Sp. z o.o., our first subcompany is founded as a foreign representative office in order to be able to provide the best possible service to customers in the growing Polish market and to further expand our existing sales network.

CERTIFIED QUALITY MANAGEMENT

In 2003, we received the essential ISO-9001 certification for the first time, which to this day proves the quality of our quality management system and gives prospective customers and clients confidence in the continuously high standard of our services.

GENERATIONAL CHANGE INITIATED

Mrs. Andrea Guschak joins the company as junior managing director. By initiating this generational change, the long tradition of solenoid valve manufacturing at the site will be secured in the future and at the same time fresh impulses and new ideas are introduced.

MODERNISATION MEASURES

Over a period of several years until around 2018, the taken-over production facility is modernised in the sense of an economic, efficient and safe working environment. This includes, among other things, the installation of new sanitary facilities, production resources, office equipment and energetically up-to-date windows as well as the removal of obsolete building fabric.

CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

Standing still means stepping backwards - True to this credo, ongoing innovation and further progression are part of our identity. As part of our day-to-day business, we constantly implement this through research projects and the development of new product types, such as the market launch of our first CO2-suitable valve for applications in cooling technology in 2019.

30TH COMPANY ANNIVERSARY

MV automation systems GmbH celebrates its 30th company anniversary! We like to thank our partners and customers for the many years of trust and good cooperation and will continue to do our best to guarantee the proven quality standard in the sense of our company philosophy for you. In this context, for instance, we carry out extensive reconstruction and modernisation measures at our outside area.

We are in the middle of the biggest change in mobility and energy policy in recent decades. As a company at the heart of the up-and-coming hydrogen region of Central Germany, our future focus lies on the respective solenoid valve technology in particular, alongside other developments. We will continue to keep our finger on the pulse for you!
